Automated scripts, proxy farms, and vote manipulation attacks are strictly forbidden. Infringing votes will be automatically purged and associated IP ranges blocked.
3. Limitation of Liability
Who Dominates is not responsible for the content of external websites linked by sponsors. Any malicious or deceptive links reported will be promptly removed.
